I am currently employed as a Operations & Electrical Lead and report directly to the Asset Support Manager, acting as onshore operations focal point for ODE’s new platforms, subsea tie backs and automated pigging facilities project with IOG - providing technical and operational support throughout the execution phase to the Blythe and Southwark platforms.• Overseeing a team of offshore technicians who fly periodically to carry out maintenance and routine operations. • Providing electrical support to ODE’s assets and part of engineering team, delivering project documentation and maintenance strategies to new platforms within the SNS.• Reviewing and ensuring platforms suitability prior to becoming Duty Holders.• Creating and developing all maintenance work instructions and workpacks, ensuring all safety equipment is adequate, equipment is functioning as per specification and in compliance with all regulations. Key Achievements & Projects:• Blythe Hub & Vulcan satellites have been built and equipment is currently being factory acceptance tested (FAT).

I am an experienced Operations & Electrical Lead | Electrical Technician | Electrical Engineer, with a proven track record of overseeing the installation, testing and commissioning of LV & HV electrical systems in hazardous areas on marine, oil and gas production, drilling and wind turbine projects for top tier operators.I ensure installation and integrity of electrical and control equipment as per requirements and design / coordinate preventative maintenance schedules for fixed and rotating electrical equipment in accordance with BS EN 60079. I am confident engaging with onshore and offshore operations teams to ensure electrical and mechanical reliability, availability and maintainability. Furthermore, I act as Area Authority and engage with Technical Authority to manage complex work scopes using Maximo and SAP to efficiently allocate resources. I also attend offshore facilities to perform inspections, competency assessments and audits of vendors to ensure best practices are implemented as per contractual requirements.During my career, I have worked with / for many top-tier oil, energy and construction organisations, including Offshore Design Engineering (ODE), RWE, Shell, Perenco, Offshore Design Engineering, Aker Solutions, SLP Engineering, Amec and LEC Marine. My achievements include: RWE: As Responsible Electrical Person (REP), led electrical commissioning of a new gas platform within the SNS-Clipper South production platform within an 8-month period from both onshore and offshore locations 1-month ahead of schedule. Shell: As Electrical Technician for Amec, supervised teams to install, test and commission electrical project equipment to Shell & Amec standards on the BBL pipeline, a natural gas interconnector between the Netherlands and the UK.
