ITA: Specialista in Risorse Umane e Franchising di madrelingua italiana, fluente in inglese e cinese e con esperienza murata all’estero (Cina, Londra, Svezia e Danimarca) e in Italia sia in una realtà multinazionale, sia in un contesto in start-up evolutosi poi in azienda strutturata. Attualmente ricopro il ruolo di HR Payroll, HRIS and Reporting Specialist, dove gestisco mensilmente la parte payroll per 10 paesi, sono responsabile del HRIS aziendale (HITO) e predispongo report mensili sulle metriche relative alla parte HR. Supporto, inoltre, la parte bonus e di revisione salariale ed eseguo audit mensili sulle spese dei dipendenti. Precedentemente, come Franchising Manager, ho gestito il team e il budget del dipartimento franchising in Italia, curando il reclutamento e la formazione dei partner franchisee e assistendoli nelle varie pratiche amministrative preapertura. Ho inoltre gestito la contrattualistica, la parte logistica e supervisionato costantemente la crescita e la soddisfazione della comunità dei partner franchisee. Currently, I hold the position of HR Payroll, HRIS and Reporting Specialist, where I manage payroll for 10 countries on a monthly basis, oversee the company\'s HRIS (HITO), and prepare monthly reports on HR metrics. I also support the bonus and pay review processes and conduct monthly audits of employee expenses. Previously, as a Franchising Manager, I managed the team and budget for the franchising department in Italy, overseeing the recruitment and training of franchise partners and assisting them with various pre-opening administrative procedures. Additionally, I handled contract management, logistics, and continuously supervised the growth and satisfaction of the franchisee community.
