Driving Planning and Forecasting Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end Planning and Controlling function, including the development of the Annual Budget and dynamic Quarterly/Monthly Forecasts, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives- Collaborative Financial Closures: Partner closely with the Head of Administration to ensure seamless Monthly Accounting Closures, delivering accurate reporting packages and actionable variance analyses- Insightful Reporting for Key Stakeholders: Deliver comprehensive and timely monthly financial reports to the Group and main shareholders, enabling data-driven decision-making at the highest level- Optimizing Cost Structures: Spearhead the definition and monitoring of cost structures, including recovery costs, personnel expenses, and administrative overheads, by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address variances effectively- Strategic Support to Leadership: Provide direct support to the CFO in ongoing performance analysis, fostering strong partnerships with Division Directors to align financial insights with strategic goals- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and empower a structured team of 8 high-performing professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
