Hello,I’m Matteo Babolin, and I have been working in the Purchasing since 2014. I am hard-working with experience in acquiring quotes, researching strategic deals to drive down costs, and creating purchase orders.I routinely buy trade and drawing products referring to the mechanical components, for which I\'m the strategic buyer.My daily job consists of maximizing purchasing efficiency and cost savings through aggressive pricing tactics.I also manage the relationships with suppliers and choose suppliers and the related merchandise accordingly: always considering price, quality, availability, reliability, speed of delivery, and after-sales service.I use many resources when researching all the pertinent information I can to learn about potential suppliers. I also visit suppliers’ plants and distribution centers to learn about their products, services and prices, and to assess their capabilities.My main strengths in my work include my team-player attitude, my passion in overall communication with all levels of staff, my driven personality to achieve my goals, my perseverance and self-motivation, and my analytical thinking skills.I meet with my colleagues daily to discuss any issues with defective or unacceptable goods in order to create strategic plans for corrective actions.I am dynamic, very punctual, well-organized, and I get along well with people, both in my personal life and at work.I have experience in handling all types of situations in purchasing, and I am always ready and willing to learn new tasks and take on new responsibilities.Thank you for your consideration.Matteo Babolin
