For the last 18 months I’ve had the privilege of serving my second term as President of the Endeavour Group, based at the Lancashire FA in Leyland.During my time in leadership, our group has consistently generated millions of pounds of invoiced business between members, hitting milestones such as £2.2 million in 2019 alone. I’ve also helped guide the group through times of change — from the transition to online meetings during COVID, which allowed us to expand our team and continue generating results, through to inspiring the group today to work together and keep delivering outstanding business for one another.Prior to this, I spent 8 years as a Director Consultant, supporting multiple groups and leadership teams across the region to grow, develop, and thrive.
