Ten principles that guide me - 1. Having a big idea is the easy bit; leadership is about building the organisation\'s capability to deliver it2. If the team goes a day without laughing, call a crisis meeting3. Some of the most commonly-used metrics are wildly counter-productive 4. Receiving a clear brief is great, but starting with a complete mess is much more fun5. Detail and clarity are not the same thing6.
