ABOUT MATT VERDERAMO

I\'ve always loved Construction. From an early age, I watched my dad build houses, which gave me a deep connection with the industry and the people in it. When I joined Alliance Exterior Construction after college, I excelled as a Project Manager and Estimator, eventually reaching Vice President, Preconstruction & Sales at 28-years-old. As my career grew, I recognized the lack of resources available to young Construction professionals like myself. I always wished there was someone out there to turn to when I was scared and feeling alone, and I wanted to be that person for others! So I started writing daily on LinkedIn to offer my insights and advice on topics ranging from career acceleration to client collaboration, ultimately aiming to make a positive impact in the Construction industry and contribute to others\' success. Now, I\'m building a network of construction professionals through Building Balance, a weekly newsletter dedicated to helping construction professionals build balanced Construction companies and careers. I\'m a mission-driven person who loves talking strategy, leadership, philosophy, and any book that teaches me something new.
