As a Vice President of Preconstruction & Sales at 28 years old, I recognized the lack of resources available to construction professionals. Our industry is filled with conflict and burnout. I always wished there was someone out there to turn to when I was feeling alone, and I wanted to be that person for others! So, I started writing daily on LinkedIn to offer my insights and advice on topics ranging from career acceleration to client collaboration, ultimately aiming to make a positive impact in the Construction industry and contribute to others\' success. Now, I\'m at Well Built Construction Consulting where our mission is to create positive change in the construction industry. I\'m also building a network of construction professionals through Building Balance, a weekly newsletter dedicated to helping construction professionals build balanced Construction companies and careers.
