ABOUT MATT MILLER
I manage the HR Shared Service Centre (HR SSC) UK team and also work with the wider North Europe HR SSC. I work closely with the North Europe HR SSC manager with building the HRSSC where we have built the department & processes from scratch. On top of my responsibilities I manage a EMEA HR SSC implementation project, working closely with EMEA directors, with the aim to create SSC teams in all regions across EMEA. I was responsible for the rollout and implementation of a SAP HCM HR system across North Europe where I trained and continue to support colleagues in Northern Europe and Canada. I have experience setting up and rolling out a payroll system and a Time & Attendance system. I focus on to streamlining & automating processes across North Europe. I self funded and completed the CIPD Human Resources Practice Level 3 certificate which helped build the foundation to my HR career.
