Hello, my name\'s Matt and thanks for taking the time to view my profile.I’m the Marketing Manager for AKFS Ltd, Minibus.co.uk, and AddVenture Leisure Ltd. With over 18 years of experience in the commercial vehicle industry and 7 years focused on marketing, I’ve developed a solid foundation of knowledge and skills that allow me to connect our products with the people who need them most. For me, it’s not just about selling vehicles - it’s about understanding our customers, their challenges, and how we can help make their work easier and more efficient. What I Do:My role is a mix of creativity, strategy, and hands-on work. I oversee everything from digital campaigns and print advertising to product photography and videography. I also bring together the right people - whether it’s suppliers, designers, or stakeholders - to ensure every project delivers exactly what the business needs. It’s not just about the work itself but how it all comes together. Whether I’m analysing data, refining a design, or coordinating a product launch, I aim to keep things efficient, effective, and aligned with the big picture. No detail is too small, and every decision is made with purpose. What I’m Proud Of:One standout moment for me has been the launch of the AddVenture Leisure campervan. It wasn’t just about getting a new product out there - it was about making sure it resonated with the right audience. From millions of views on social media to glowing feedback at trade shows, the campervan has been an incredible success. It’s a project that reflects everything I believe in: collaboration, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering something of real value. What Drives Me:I believe in always doing more than what’s expected. A “just enough” mindset has no place in my approach. I’m passionate about showing why our products matter - whether it’s helping a company deliver goods more efficiently or providing the tools they need to get the job done. I’m also fascinated by innovation and technology, especially AI and its potential to transform how we work.
