ABOUT MATT GASSER
I have completed a post graduate degree at Conestoga College in the Environmental Engineering Applications program (2020). I am also a graduate from the University of Waterloo in the Geography and Environmental Management co-op program (2019) with a Diploma in Environmental Assessment and a specialization in Development and Environment. I have had co-ops and internships at Environics Analytics, Hatch, Infrastructure Ontario, Hydro One, Natural Resources Canada, and the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario. I possess strong communication, interpersonal, research, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills, in addition to working well within a team setting. I am proficient in using Microsoft Office and have a working knowledge of AutoCAD, Aquifer Test, WinLog, ArcGIS, and Google Earth. Furthermore, I have a strong work ethic, am detail oriented, accountable, and self-directed. My keen interests are projects pertaining to environmental assessment, urban stormwater management, contaminated spills and sites, natural hazards, renewable energy, transportation, forestry, climate change, and retailing landscapes.
