I am a Delivery Consultant for Provide, who specialises in locating hard to find, passive candidates that are not available to the open market. I inquisitively use traditional and non-traditional recruitment methods to locate permanent and contract professionals across the globe on behalf of our key customers.We specialise in Subsurface recruitment in Norway, UK and Houston on behalf of Oil companies and service providers.As a Delivery Consultant within the renowned Global Delivery Core at Provide, my responsibilities include but are not limited to- Headhunting hard to find candidates from the passive market- Extensive networking on a global scale- Practicing and mastering deep Web searching techniques, including Social Media and Search Engines- International/Global Assignments including South East Asia, Middle East, South America, Houston, Scandinavia and Australia- Sourcing hard to find candidates across the entire Oil and Gas spectrum throughout the Geosciences and Petroleum Engineering environments- Working closely with some of the most reputable candidates and clients the market has to offer, including managing expectation, negotiation and offer management, meeting and advertising- Dealing with professionals from Graduate level through to senior management including Human Resources, VP, CxO and Director level.
