Oversaw and directed the public information plan and council ordinance process regarding a 10-year increase of.2% transaction privilege tax dedicated to roadway maintenance and repair. Assisted the city council in renewing a.2% transaction privilege tax formerly dedicated to capital improvements and rededicated it to costs associated with Public Safety Personnel Retirement System.
