I am a strategic thinker with over 30 years of experience in Project Management and Operations Management who is used to working with global operations with different teams understanding regional dynamics. In my time with Mood Media, I have broadened and developed my skills from being a Technical project manager to a role encompassing facilities, procurement, warehousing, inventory, logistics, technical design and support. This is in addition to project delivery along with higher-level management and change management. The company has pivoted in my time from being country-focused to globally organised and functioning. This has meant I have been heavily involved in driving Integration and developing the business across the international region, expanding the existing footprint and developing partnerships with external organisations. I am a self-starter who takes great pride in developing his team.When approaching new challenges I lean heavily on my project management background and recently merged several of our local European warehouses with a new external provider while maintaining day-to-day operations and budget controls.
