ABOUT MATHILDE B.

Graduated from Paris Dauphine University, I started my career as an analyst in the compensation & benefits and employee experience department at GEFCO.During my studies, I took the opportunity to do an internship at KPMG in financial audit and at the United Nations in internal audit. I realized the major influence of HR politics in companies’ global performance and deepened this topic in my master’s thesis. I will now leverage my financial and analytical skills to help monitor the human resources’ performance and build total reward policies. Having studied a semester in Stockholm and worked in New York, I have now found a challenging opportunity in Montreal. Organized, motivated and rigorous, and having excellent interpersonal skills, I aim to build my career around people management stakes.
