Reporting to the EMEA & APAC treasurer, I act as the lead of the treasury operations team in Dublin with focus on Intercompany lending, Capital markets and FX management for Solventum\'s Irish holding entity.o Daily management of treasury operations: manage a very complex and efficient cash concentration setup where 75% of the cash in EMEA and APAC sweeps daily to the holding entity, in 20 different currencies. Coordinate the daily cashflow and take investment decisions while maximizing the currency o Lead the planning and execution of Solventum\'s monthly intercompany netting program, hedging the resulting FX exposure and forecasting the next cycle\'s funding needs for lending/borrowing entitieso Coordinate the intercompany loans/deposits with local entities, controllers, accounting, tax and treasury to minimize the cost of lending, FX exposure, trapped cash and operating risks while availing the entities the funds they require for their efficient operation.o Act as treasury lead in the implementation of Solventum\'s TMS instance of Kyriba. detangling from 3M, Solventum implements its own Kyriba environment, requiring new setup of the IC, Payments, FX, cash management moduleso Trade finance: manage the need of business units and local in-country entities for bank guarantees, SBLCs or insurance bonds, reviewing alternative solutions, and coordinating the requests with operation team and banking partners.
