My focus is on helping organizations modernize their Customer Experience (CX) and leverage Generative & Agentic AI to drive operational excellence and business growth.I work closely with a strong ecosystem of strategic partners such as Microsoft, Genesys, Cisco, Mistral AI and others to deliver high-impact, scalable, and secure customer solutions.Key responsibilities- Identify strategic business challenges and align them with NTT DATA’s CX and AI capabilities- Design and position innovative solutions combining AI, data, and customer interaction platforms- Lead complex sales cycles in collaboration with technical, presales, and marketing teams- Ensure client success and long-term value creation through trusted partnerships.
