I am a passionate makeup product specialist with over six years of experience in the cosmetics industry. My expertise lies in product management, strategic marketing, and understanding both formulas and packaging to create innovative beauty solutions.Currently, I am a Senior Category Specialist at Quadpack, where I lead product development of all the makeup portfolio, including lipsticks and lip glosses. I oversee projects from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with market trends and client needs. Previously, at Gotha Cosmetics, I gained extensive experience managing global product pipelines, focusing on eyes and lips, while contributing to marketing strategies and client co-developments.I excel in trend analysis, identifying market opportunities, and crafting product strategies that drive success. My ability to collaborate with multifunctional and multicultural teams has been instrumental in delivering innovative solutions that resonate globally.I hold degrees in International Management and International Relations, graduating with honors.
