Responsible for the comprehensive management of production operations, overseeing the following areas:Production Planning: Coordination of work schedules to ensure resource optimization and adherence to delivery plans (OTD).Production Departments: Management of processes across various areas, including presses, welding, painting, machining, and assembly, with the goal of enhancing quality and productivity standards.Logistics and Shipping: Ensuring delivery plans are met through efficient and timely distribution.Process Analysis: Implementation of continuous improvement solutions, monitoring, and optimization of inventory indicators.Manufacturing Engineering: Technical support for product industrialization, management and optimization of work cycles, and introduction of new technologies.Tooling Department: Creation and maintenance of equipment and tools required for production processes.My role focuses on resource integration, improving production performance, and implementing strategies to maximize efficiency and added value for the company.
