ABOUT MASSIMO LOALDI

I encourage an environment of innovation, from recognizing a need, generating ideas, to implementation. In my roles I always dare to implementing innovative ideas to drive efficiency and business growth. The innovative solutions I fostered and made available are the reflection of my business acumen, proactiveness, and incremental skills in IBM Automation services. I am good in providing solutions architectural overviews, plans, support and guidance to ensure that business objectives are met. I influence and advise senior leadership team and other professionals on strategic and tactical decisions, conveying messaging with clarity, consistency, and purpose. While leading project teams I always try to leverage on group excellence and try to gain from team members differences, I like tangible outcomes and I have analytical propensity moving from data to information to pinpoint the bottom line. I always think in terms of opportunities. While working I get motivated mostly by leading project teams to stimulate excellence and achieve SMART goals. Motivation also comes from acknowledgments of my contribution and expertise as well as from always welcome promotions and raises. I like acting with a systemic perspective and influencing people, I am experienced in collaborating in a Global-wide dimension and I love working with SMART goals and long-term vision in mind. Yet, I would not rather accept shoddy work or fix poor workmanship by others, I dislike providing feed-back without enough elements to be considered, and I am not as effective I could if I were asked to fight for a cause I personally do not believe in. People I work with recognize my knowledge and expertise in subject matters I am involved in as well as my leadership while driving project teams. I am always keen of continuously increasing my competencies and embracing new challenges to raise the bar.
