Managing a team of three people, I have the responsibility for the annual financial statement of the company, providing all the details requested by the auditors. I supervise the activities of the team, that from one side it\'s mostly linked to the invoicing process and the respect of the payment terms and from the other side it\'s the correct registration of the invoices in the proper account/cost center and the payment of them. I have relationship with the banks and consultants; I check and approve the monthly payslips; I submit all the legislation requirements (turnover, Plastic Tax, etc.). Internally, I monthly do the managerial closing of the P&L and BS and with the support of all the other functions I prepare the Budget and periodically the Forecast; I compose all the P&L for new launches (new products or current products to new customers) and prices review with different options and scenarios. I give support to all the functions, in particular the sales team with all the reports and figures they need.
