Actually working for Project Materials BV Valve department and based in Italy near Milan Malpensa airport, right in the middle of all our Italian suppliers.More than 20 years of experience, mostly at Valve Manufacturers in a QA/QC and Order Management related function, my present role and responsibilities at Project Materials BV as Contract Manager includes, amongst others- Area: Europe, middle east, far east and Australia - Contract review, identifying critical paths on all valve orders- Expediting, daily factory visits, avoiding bottle necks in production- Documentation, working with the relevant departments at the mills to increase document quality, decrease review cycle time- Attend kick off meetings and pre-inspection meetings- Quality Control by performing at random (most unannounced) inspections at any stage of production, regardless of ITP intervention points- Supplier audits on the quality management system- Direct point of contact for our clients in case urgent information is required or photographic evidence of production progress is needed- Technical backup for control of vendor documentation;
