ABOUT MARY GRACE STACHNIK
Better, faster, cheaper, safer.\" Striving to attain these goals when improving products and processes is a tenet of my Industrial Engineering degree that has stuck with me. Now, as I embark on my journey into a career in data science, I am passionate about using data-driven insights to make \"better, faster, cheaper, safer\" a reality. I have built a strong technical skillset through my engineering education and data analytics experience. I have used Python, R, and SQL to explore and clean large datasets, as well as Domo and Power BI to provide reporting solutions for end users. In addition, my time on a cybersecurity team reinforced the importance of data security and encouraged me to see the technologies I use every day through a new lens. I recently earned a master\'s degree at the Institute for Advanced Analytics, where I was able to strengthen my statistical computing and predictive modeling skills using Python and R while focusing on implementing these solutions in a cloud environment. I am excited to continue my analytics career, collaborate with other data nerds and use creative thinking to solve real-world problems!
