Work with Partners (Lenovo, Apple, Toshiba, Samsung, Panasonic, etc.) on product management, updates, pricing, internal trainings and promotions. Print and online catalog paginations, submissions, review and editing of proofs. Website maintenance; review and update partner online stores, product launches, review item platform, new item images, detail page copy, upsells, cat codes, keywords, spiffs, rebates & promo boxes. Create dynamic and solution pages, etc. Support multiple managers and director simultaneously; manage office supplies for 120+ team members, Train team members in company programs, procedures and processes. Cross-trained in multiple product brands for sales and customer support. Helped create and train on the SOPs used to execute the varied task, whether it was data entry, price protection management, or local warehouse implementation. In the almost 2 decades I have been with Zones, I have done various duties as the position has morphed over the years from Partner and Product Management Associate, to Associate Category Manager and more recently Operations Specialist. I have worked closely with multiple departments including finance, sales, marketing, partner and product management, purchasing and logistics.
