Project Management: Directed the end-to-end execution of a $15MM fluids system for a 100 MW green electrolyzer plant (first of its scale in North America), overseeing vendor management, fabrication, budgeting, logistics, and risk mitigation. • Project Engineering: Spearheaded the design and fabrication of modular balance-of-plant skids —heat exchangers, pumps, vessels, and piping—acting as project owner and aligning engineering and supply chain teams throughout development. • Vendor Management: Led vendor selection and procurement alignment for system components, managing third-party suppliers and free-issued equipment vendors to streamline delivery timelines and adherence to technical specifications. • Stakeholder Communication: Aligned engineering, logistics, and operations teams, driving successful project handovers and incorporating feedback through Lessons Learned sessions that influenced future electrolyzer plant designs. • Team Leadership: Mentored a summer engineering intern on fabrication and design activities, while also overseeing technical documentation approvals to ensure compliance with project standards and design integrity.
