ABOUT MARWAN AL-MASRI

Developing technology products is my passion. I take great pleasure and pride in building products from start to finish; from design through implementation and support. I ensure product delivery by constantly planning and responding to change, keeping in close contact with stakeholders and end-users.I like challenges and finding simple solutions to complex problems. Over the last 6 years I have been leading and motivating agile development teams of up to 5 people (co-located and distributed) in building mobile, web and desktop apps. I’m always aware of the latest trends in the world of software and looking for new tools and methods to bring concepts to life faster and easier.I have good leadership, relationship and communication skills, am motivated and take the initiative when needed. I am a fast learner, and work effectively under pressure.Originally from Syria, I had lived and worked in Malaysia for 5 years, and now I am back home.
