Keeping the ability to stay cool, calm and collected in highly stressful situations with lots of moving parts. Be a leader in the organization, acting like an owner and being an overall game changer. Maintain sales objectives, help develop training and to have a pulse on the culture of the sales staff. Being able to be called upon for a variety of tasks and or needs of the business. Always being available for a customer and exemplifying the principles and beliefs of our organization.
