I joined Microsoft in 2015 as HRBP supporting different business in Italian Subsidiary. During my career I had the opportunity to work with business leaders in driving people strategy in different countries: Italy, Switzerland and Austria. I am currently part of European Diversity & Inclusion team to drive Microsoft D&I agenda within all countries part of Western Europe. In addition to my main role as HRBP, I acted as local SME for Compensation & Benefit and HR responsible to enhance Manager capabilities in local community.
