ABOUT MARTY PARKER

I’ve worn many hats over the years: supply chain executive, entrepreneur, senior lecturer, executive coach, but the common thread across every role is simple: I help students and companies grow and succeed. With 30+ years of experience across manufacturing, logistics, and business strategy, I’ve led teams through transformation, coached leaders at every level, and built programs that prepare the next generation to lead confidently and clearly. Today, I focus my time on two things I care deeply about: At the University of Georgia, I serve as Academic Director of the Leaders Academy and a Senior Lecturer at the Terry College of Business. I teach leadership, supply chain, and organizational effectiveness, and mentor hundreds of students annually. Through my company Adæpt Advising, I consult directly with companies navigating complex supply chain and leadership challenges. Whether coaching executives, advising on strategic planning, or helping teams improve performance, my goal is to simplify business and strengthen people.
