My experience and skills have been gained across a wide range of manufacturing environments, across multiple business sectors, supported by a Masters Degree in Lean Manufacturing and Supply Chain. I have covered a lot of runway around the world in my time on our planet and my life skills reflect that. One thing that I have learnt from all of my roles and life in general, is just how important people are to the success of any type of enterprise. How they behave, interact, are managed, coached and led, are critical to success. Truth, trust, empathy and integrity underpin the people piece. Empathy is not a weakness so give it respect.it is a key leadership strength. The tough decisions can still be taken supported by empathy. Respect for the individual is paramount, in all circumstances, regardless of an individuals performance or capabilities.I am an accomplished Emotional Intelligence practitioner, regardless of my professional qualifications. This stuff works. I have a broad and extensive array of proven transferable skills but won\'t post them here to bore you. My leadership mantra is PSP. I am inspirational, so expect to be inspired. I have strong faith in empowerment, so expect to be empowered. I am positively intense, so expect to be energized.
