I’m a strategic executive leader with 20+ years of experience in global procurement, supply chain, finance & controlling and operational transformation—13 of those in Asia. I build resilient, sustainable, and cost-efficient supply chains that protect business continuity and unlock and develop long-term business value. At Siltronic, I lead a global team of 150 and manage €1.5B in procurement volume. I consistently deliver measurable results- Procurement cost reductions of ~3% annually - Zero production downtime during global disruptions - ESG excellence recognized with Intel’s \"Valued Supplier Award – Sustainability\"- A 9-figure EBITDA contribution through new business development - Successfull Restructuring, EBIT Break Even and Operational Excellence projects My leadership is hands-on, cross-cultural, collaborative, and impact-driven.
