Senior Architect with 30 years experience in Financial Services in the UK, primarily Pensions & Investments. I’m currently supporting the programme to separate Aberdeen from The Phoenix Group systems and continue to develop IT Strategy for the Aberdeen business, including the transition of the UK wide advice company, 1825, to a fully cloud only infrastructure. Busy and interesting times where I am pushing the boundaries of the traditional technical architecture deployed in a large financial organisation. I am a strategic thinker with a good understanding of a wide range of enterprise technologies and a strong background in change delivery.I have a very good understanding of Customer Operations technology having delivered 2 BPM systems, Enterprise contact centre with digital channels, feedback and knowledge.
