Responsible for the identification, management, analysis and resolution of defects on abrdn’s Wrap, Elevate, Smartplus, Model Manager and third party supplied investment platforms; working with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers and partners. I also manage the security administration of all of these platforms, including auditing and management of user access. In addition, my role includes implementing change, testing change and fixes, analysing data, finding solutions and finding ways to make better user interfaces for our customers.
