My role is to define the transformation flows, which include the optimisation, digitalization and change management of the processes of the different departments- Support departments on organizational model transformation from assessment to delivery. Analysis of the business requirement and assessment of impacts on the IT architecture, management of economics and monitoring of time/costs- End-to-end mapping of as-is workflows, analysis and review of existing processes in order to define, implement and manage technological solutions with the aim of responding effectively and more functionally and strategically to the needs. PMO activities- Management of suppliers and contracts.
