Facilitating sprint planning, assisting in managing product backlog, refinement, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives- Assessing the team\'s needs and guiding the scrum process by providing extensive guidance on agile processes and methodologies to highly effective teams with goals of improving quality and productivity- Overcoming impediments and hurdles to productivity by helping the team to adopt agile best practices, make progress, and achieve greater productivity throughout the life of each sprint- Determining the team capacity from historical data, creating work breakdown structure and corresponding activities- Working with senior management, business & release management to understand the vision of the product, prioritize and develop software release planning, and ensure that product development processes remained effective and efficient- Using proven lean start-up principles to cross-functional teams, define and validate customer solutions by conducting experiments, drive performance through rapid iteration, learn from failure, and drive continuous improvement.
