I am a techno-business person and always aimed to be above and beyond the technology. Being a Lead for different Business and Technical initiatives for various successful Enterprise wide Data Governance and Data Protection programs (Data Quality, Stewardship, Metadata Management, Data Management, Data Devaluation, Data Inventory) provided me an opportunity to efficiently showcase the importance of Data Strategies for any organization. Lead Data Governance strategies with in various Business Transformation projects to facilitate smooth transition of the plan with in project time lines. Expertise in defining Metadata requirements and governance strategies for Enterprise Data governance programs in order to work with various regulatory requirements such as OSFI, OPC, IFRS, PIPEDA and Dodd Frank and BCBS 239There has been never an era where organizations relied so much on data and strategies around managing the data. Data Governance in general provides companies an expanded authority over their own data irrespective of where it is hosted(Cloud vs Traditional).
