I currently lead the development of strategic technical skills and capability for all Fujitsu international regions, as part of the International L&D Centre of Expertise.This involves end to end leadership of learning and development solutions that allow the international Fujitsu workforce to grow the most critical skills that underpin our technology and services vision. Examples of these skills include critical partner solutions with our friends at ServiceNow, SAP and Microsoft, as well as Key Technology such as Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Networks, Computing and Cloud.I am committed to powering Digital Transformation (DX) through great learning in Fujitsu. We will achieve this by enabling Fujitsu Technologists to build and apply their digital skill set. I am passionate about growing a continuous learning culture in Fujitsu, making sure our people across the globe can make use of next generation learning to develop every day.
