I currently work for Break, I started off as Residential Social worker in one of our children\'s homes, I worked my way upto deputy manager which saw me support the manager and maintain the day to day running of a childrens home. This includes managing the budget / finance, rotas, review and update procedures, supervision of the staff, updating and maintaining careplans and managing the dynamics of a day to day running of a childrens home. An opportunity came up In fundraising and I stepped across in 2008, this has seen me work my way through a economically tough period, acheiving my target for the past few years. I take pride in supporting the individual\'s and corporates who chose to support Break, maximizing potential income. Through my work I have also helped Break acheive an outstanding public awareness, bringing thousands of people to understand what Break provides through it\'s care provision. My current role is project manager of GoGoGorillas.
