I’m a senior charity leader focused on building organisations that combine strong income, clear strategy, and meaningful impact for the people they serve.Currently Director of Income Generation at Break, I lead the development of diversified, sustainable income streams within a complex, £18m organisation supporting care-experienced children and young people.
