Ensure that Suppliers have the adequate capacity & capabilities to deliver our production or spares requirements, as well as the BCP of mitigation plans to address unforeseen issues. Be accountable for products Producibility & Quality of our products that fly people every day across the globe. Executive leader passionate about people, performance delivery and organizational evolution through effective vision casting and leading by example. Strong of years of Operational experience, I have led organizations of various complexities delivering Stakeholder Strategic and Tactical value. Leveraging my experience in Sourcing, Cost Reduction and Material Management of commodities with an international team, overseeing several hundreds of millions in yearly spend, I have lead with my teams concreate bottom line impacts. Those materialized through successful interest based negotiations, key organizational re-structuring, improvement of the performance of the supply base, offshoring activities to global talent centres, the deployment of a Life Cycle Value team,etc. Furthermore, I successfully led the implementation of key transformational projects, one of those being the creation and development of a Delivery Assurance Supply Chain Andon system which has been at the heart our our process for now over a decade.
