Leading the Global Team of Transition Managers and Junior Project Managers. Overseeing and executing complex, international transitions of finance processes. Driving the strategic alignment of the GBS service delivery model, by positioning the Colombo center as an execution hub and Vilnius as a high-value \'Value Center\'. Providing oversight of finance transformation process standardization initiatives, including governance and reporting Collaborating with GPOs to execute the service delivery model and service placement strategy. Coaching senior leaders, middle managers and their cross-functional teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement, adopting standardized documentation, and driving process optimization.Directly managing and mentoring a global team of Transition Managers and Junior PMs based in Lithuania, fostering a high-performance environment and building project management capabilities within the organization.Navigating complex stakeholder landscapes by interfacing with C-level executives, country-level finance directors, and HR leaders to build consensus, secure buy-in, and manage resistance within the transitions.
