Especially in large organizations. It requires a different approach.Having worked in the corporate sector for over 20 years, I’ve lived this reality. I understand how quickly good leadership gets distorted under load. I’ve seen teams fracture beneath the weight of it. It’s challenging. But there is a way to get back to leading well.Today, my work is about helping leaders like you regain your footing and build a viable path forward with your team. As an executive coach, my specialty is helping professionals who may feel boxed in, find lateral movement again. I partner with teams where volume, urgency, and sustained pressure have eroded trust, communication, and performance.
