Dunelm is the leading homeware retailer in the UK, catering to a wide range of customers with a diverse array of products.As an Agile Delivery Lead for engineering teams working on Dunelm.com in the Digital Optimisation space, I support cross-functional agile teams to ensure we deliver high-quality outcomes. My focus extends to effective dependency management, coordinating across various teams to handle dependencies and blockers, ensuring a smooth and seamless workflow. By analyzing team metrics and facilitating cycle events, I continuously aim to improve our efficiency, adapt our direction, and build and report comprehensive delivery landing zones.I take an active role in coaching and mentoring all team members, utilising empirical performance data to guide the team and adjusting its ways of working as needed. I organise tech-wide workshops to foster collaboration and innovation. I have led several company-wide initiatives, such as standardisation of tech debt and learning time as a trackable metric and goal, and the creation of the \"Chapter Chats\" video series to raise awareness about the different roles in tech. I frequently do public presentations on these initiatives as well as delivery updates to the whole company.
