Manage all post-sales activity to ensure a seamless product adoption for Whereby Embedded customers through strong relationship-building, understanding of specific use cases, account growth planning and execution._Collaborate with customers and cross-functional internal teams to exceed account growth and retention targets._Maintain a regular cadence with accounts and key stakeholders to help influence process and product, identify creative solutions, mitigate risk, develop save-tactics and ultimately, promote expansion and avoid churn._Data driven communication; deep analysis of feature usage to tailor each interaction to the specific needs of each account, adding value to the relationship._Be the voice of the customer and provide feedback on how Whereby Embedded can better serve our customers and the future of the business.
