I am a yoga teacher and freelancer working in the art field. Since ten years I follow the marketing and communication at Flash ArtI enjoy press relations collaborating with Rota & Jorfida Communication and Pr Agency in MilanIn the past years, I created Yog-Art, a practice that brings movement into art spaces, helping people experience silence and space differently. All yoga classes are inspired by the artist\'s thought. A different way to deepen art, by melting body and spirit through out a yoga class.
