It starts with an image, an atmosphere, some sensations: the softness and bitterness of the orange, the smell of fresh coriander, the tart chirping of the cranberry, the astringency of the bilberry. These singular perfumes that are tasted at random, without being able to retain or qualify them, have only their ephemeral intensity as their beauty. Is it possible to catch invisible? Give a taste to what does not exist? H.Theoria relentlessly seek the flavour of these sensitive moments, assembling aromas, stirring the imagination, exploring the phenomenal taste. Un atelier. J’y passe le jour, la nuit, à goûter, sentir, peser, assembler…jusqu’à trouver le juste équilibre, atteindre l’absolu, un goût phénomène. Il n’y a pas toujours de recette, plutôt des formes, des sons; l’image d’un lieu, la couleur d’une émotion. Je marche à l’intuition de la mesure. J’aime à puiser dans les ingrédients, macérât, distillats, des sensations inédites dont l’intense vibration traduit mes inspirations. Je rêve liquide. Mais pas que. Je me passionne pour les univers poétiques, qu\'ils soient visuels, gustatifs, olfactifs ou sonores.
