I am a Master Mariner with senior leadership experience including board level assignments in the marine, maritime, shipping, marine operations, EPC project management, commercial management and consultancy within Offshore Oil & Gas, Energy and Renewables in Europe, North America, South America, Africa, Asia and Australia.I have managed P/L, HSEQ, operations, and commercial / business development activities for multiple entities within a group and in start-ups and have led multi-regional and international teams.I have been responsible for strategic planning at a corporate level and have led transformation projects including innovation management, internal restructuring, introduction and implementation of new business systems to drive efficiencies and marketing and re-branding campaigns. I have extensive experience of commercial and whole life cycle contract/project management and offshore operations management, commercial, business development, technical and marine.
