As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, I am responsible for the digital business of thyssenkrupp Schulte, including our e-commerce platforms. My focus is on the strategic development of digital marketing, strengthening our digital presence, and continuously optimizing the customer journey.I manage cross-channel marketing activities (SEA, SEO, social media, e-commerce shops) and develop data-driven strategies to improve efficiency and drive revenue growth. I actively support the growth of colleagues, regularly conduct internal training sessions, and have designed company-wide learning modules for marketing education and professional development.
