Ich verbinde tiefes Rohstoff- und Herstellungsverständnis mit sensorischer Expertise und führe ein Team von drei bis vier Mitarbeitenden – mit Fokus auf Geschmack, Qualität und industrieller Umsetzbarkeit.Ein wesentlicher Teil meiner Arbeit ist die Verbesserung von Prozessen und Produkten entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette.
