I am an experienced consultant specialising in product and project delivery, especially in software and hardware projects. Main skills- Product Management- Product Owner (Scrum)- Cert Advanced- Building business strategies and growth using technology- Project Direction (of large projects)- Product (software and hardware) solutions design and implementation- Working with technology startups or turnarounds/rescueI have been responsible for securing and managing projects e.g. Airbus, Jessops, Samsung, Clarks, Swissport, Stagecoach, NHS Choices, University of Central Lancashire and worked with some great customers of all sizes. I\'ve also built and run teams of developers and manufacturers to develop products for my customers.On a personal level I am experienced, unflustered and very approachable.Having built a number of businesses, won funding/investment and been involved in acquisitions or sale of mine and others’ businesses, this has given me a commercial edge to every business thought and solution.Self-motivation is a key skill I have attained in the roles I have undertaken in my career but motivating others is something I have enjoyed and retained the respect of many of my colleagues and clients, this is very important to me.
